About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineering Manager to join the PPP Team based in our client’s office in Birchwood.

This exciting role will be accountable for the delivery of a major project(s) within the PPP portfolio. The projects are in all phases of the project lifecycle from studies through to construction. You will lead a team of multidiscipline designers, engineers, and engineering managers.

As a Senior Project Engineering Manager, you will have

• Experience of major engineering delivery on EPC projects;
• Producing and implement engineering project execution plans;
• Ability to build a diverse team that attracts technical and delivery excellence and support to recruitment, retention, competency arrangements and training;
• Managing cost and schedule performance of large design teams.

As a Senior Project Engineering Manager, you will be

• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent;
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering discipline;
• Knowledge of the Nuclear Industry, Regulatory Framework and Safety requirements;
• Proactive with a drive for delivery and an ability to bring stakeholders together around a common vision and deliver it.
