RINA is currently recruiting for a Mission Systems Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Roma, Italy within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

The Project Manager is accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The role involves balancing project demands with available resources and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to achieve project success.

Key Accountabilities

As part of a team working on aerospace applications, the target primary tasks and activities will include:

• Monitor of project time, progress, development and budget;
• Monitor and manage of the development team;
• Manage of the supplier and the customer;
• Evaluate the project performance;
• Development of project documentation (technical proposal, economic budgeting);
• Project reviews presentations towards international customers. 

Qualifications

• 4/5 years (preferable in avionic/space/defence sectors);
• Familiarity with contracts, client management, and vendor relations.

Education

• Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronic/TLC Engineering.
