Junior Vehicle Testing Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Engineer to join our Vehicle Testing team. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge testing technologies at one of Stellantis’ most advanced facilities.

Main Responsibilities 

• Support vehicle testing activities on chassis dynamometers and performance benches;
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining testing equipment and instrumentation;
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of daily testing operations;
• Help collect and validate data for vehicle homologation processes;
• Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and explore new technologies;
• Support safety procedures and coordination with external suppliers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or similar);
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and chemistry;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Interest in the automotive sector and experimental activities.
