Role Purpose

• This role is expected within Convergent Systems IT Team;
• Coordinates the design, development and deployment of systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the domains and verticals strategy;
• Accountable to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in area of accountability;
• Coordinates the translation & translates business demand into technical requirements and identification of the affected areas;
• Checks feasibility of demands with regard to business needs;
• Leads of multinational working groups or project teams and coordinates independent and responsible execution of complex programs & projects.

What you’ll do

• Manages the entire project lifecycle, coordinates suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process.
• Accountable for effective Release Management and Capacity Management for accounted systems.
• Accountable for project/program delivery in time, quality and budget.
• Active consultancy of internal customers and stakeholders concerning system- / product developments, new market trends and potential improvements.
• Selects and coordinates suppliers for the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• At least 2 years professional experience in telecommunication or IT
• knowledge of local market processes.
• Knowledge of the OSS Solution Portfolio.
• Professional leadership competence for the decisive shaping of special topics.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.
• Very good communication and information skills.
• Customer oriented and systematic way of working.
