Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage sub-projects for the electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants both domestically and internationally;
• Coordinate and optimize projects in collaboration with our customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments;
• Lead the local project team;
• Ensure timely and technically accurate execution of projects within our cost targets;
• Handle material planning for projects, including scheduling, production support, and quality assurance.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering;
• Professional experience in design and/or project management is desirable;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Fluent English skills required; very good Spanish or French skills are a plus;
• Independent working style, commitment, and team spirit;
• Willingness to travel.
