• Your tasks
• Run ARES machine for all required tests submitted to lab;
• Collect ARES data and process into usable results for customer;
• Coordinate calibration and maintanece of ARES test machine;
• Update and maintain ARES testing specifications and methods;
• Solve problems with data analysis programs and update for new methods;.
• Participation in the development of laboratory processes, including method validation and the implementation of new testing procedures;
• Perform testing in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN and other relevant standards;
• Communicate with developers and, when necessary, coordinate with suppliers;
• Perform statistical evaluations and identify trends. Provide recommendations for improvements or root cause analysis of issues;
• Managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments;
• Preparing and executing tests;
• Claim topics;
• Support preparation for audits;
• Testing and Documentation.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc degree in chemisty, chemical or material engineering or other related technical university degree with relevant work experience (min 3 year);
• Min. 3 year of laboratory work experience;
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
• Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
