Your role and key responsibilities

• Lead of Cell Design sub-department within series development of battery cells;
• Responsible for the technical development of battery cells from concept phase to industrialization for various cell projects;
• Responsible for overall cell design, cell releases and release recommendations towards the customers;
• Responsible for change management within technical development;
• Build up personnel, market know-how and battery cell development capabilities;
• Carry out resource planning, management and control.

What you bring to the team

• Degree of engineering in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemistry, or comparable education;
• Profound professional experience in the battery industry;
• Experience in leading industrialization cell projects;
• Disciplinary and technical leadership experience;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Business fluent in English.
