We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer in the Thermal motors module team in the R&D Center in Czechowice. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the deliverables of all or parts of the design, integration, validation of the DC electrical motor and ensure the success of the project.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Perform activities in compliance with Engineering discipline Development Plan;
• Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications;
• In charge of the robust design/validation in line with the economical targets;
• Support technical architecture and standards assignments;
• Follow Standardization rules;
• Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers.

The scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks/product.

Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:

• Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validation;
• Perform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies;
• Perform or support Engineering disciplines tests.

Management follow-up:

• Reports the progress of his tasks;
• Escalate risks.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

• University degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering;
• Min. 3 years of experience in mechanical design;
• Experience with CATIA or similar SW (SolidWorks or other CAD);
• Communicative level of English to communicate with international teams;
• Experience in automotive or aviation industry;
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills;
• Willingness to travel few times per year (mainly in Europe).
