What You’ll Do

• Plan, define, and optimize manufacturing processes for UAV system production;
• Translate engineering designs into practical, scalable production workflows;
• Work with R&D to bring new products from prototype to production;
• Create and maintain work instructions, assembly documentation, and technical procedures;
• Identify inefficiencies and lead hands-on improvements in the production line;
• Set up production workstations, tools, and equipment for new programs;
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions;
• Collaborate with quality and testing teams to ensure product standards are met;
• Support supply chain and logistics teams with technical input on production requirements;
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within aerospace manufacturing or a related industry;
• Experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech;
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes – mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and system-level builds;
• Project planning skills and a knack for keeping timelines and teams aligned;
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization;
• Solid understanding of technical documentation and work instructions;
• Comfort working in a highly regulated environment with strict quality requirements;
• Fluency in English – Dutch is a bonus but not required.
