GTM Lead

We are seeking a GTM Lead to spearhead and expand our go-to-market team and deliver significant growth outcomes at Auterion. As our GTM for Europe, you will lead the execution of our go-to-market strategies across the German market, focusing on scaling our current deployments and identifying new opportunities in the national security and defense sectors.
Leveraging your deep industry expertise and extensive network, you will engage key defense and government stakeholders, identify and qualify high-value opportunities, and lead them to successful deal closures. Collaborating with our Customer Success team, you will support clients from initial validation to large-scale operational deployment, helping to shape the future of autonomous systems in defense and public safety across Europe.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies within the German market, with a focus on expanding national security and defense deployments;
- Develop and launch new drone programs for national security applications such as reconnaissance and kinetic operations;
- Scale existing deployments and grow fleets across federal and regional agencies;
- Manage a team of growth leads, including hiring, training, and mentoring, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives;
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in defense and security agencies in the German area;
- Drive new business opportunities by converting pilots into larger-scale projects and embedding these into existing defense and security programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent in a relevant technical field, such as autonomous robotics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline;
- Extensive experience in driving the adoption and scaling of new technologies in the national security and defense sectors;
- Experience managing transitions from small-scale pilots to large-scale defense programs, navigating complex regulatory and funding processes;
- A passion for working in an international, fast-growing company where you can build a team, lead initiatives, and contribute to the defense and security sectors' technological advancement;
- Experience or understanding of the defense and security sectors within the German market;
- 4+ years of experience driving growth for defense products or national security technologies;
- Proven ability to deliver significant growth outcomes, including €50M+ in revenue.
