WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Project leader for new products within the production plant;
• Prepare production concepts technical and costwise;
• Conducting project meetings with production/logistics/quality with the goal to achieve safe launch according “product life cycle”;
• Write specifications for new production lines and discuss with suppliers to get comparable quotes;
• Install production equipment and test and define specific process parameters;
• First contact partner for customer and internal design teams;
• Manage of investment projects;
• Collaboration in international projects;
• In this key position, you will be the success factor of a growing plant. With your great technical knowledge you are not just communicating inside and outside, further you take care about your products and processes with a hands on mentality.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering/production engineering or Industrial engineering with a focus on production technology;
• You have strong leadership skills and experience in leading and developing motivated teams;
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable function. At least 5 years in the field of serial production of electric-mechanical components;
• Experience in the optimisation of technical production processes;
• Teamoriented and motivated to interchange with colleagues of a global production network;
• Good command of English.
