Providing technical support in production, purchasing and sales, creating technology and production documentation. Working with development engineering department to implement technical solutions are the main components that best define the job of a process engineer. You will be involved in all tasks in the production technology engineering processes and in the performing of technology documentation.

What will your main scope be?

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues in production.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the integration of new technologies and equipment into existing production lines.
• Ensure all processes meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IPC, EASA, FAA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
