As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer on our team, you will play a key role in Industrializing the production launch of new Radar sensors for the customer.

Your Role

• Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from Business Award through serial production;
• Be the Single Point contact between the Design team and Production plant;
• Evaluating and presenting manufacturing proposals;
• Manage the overall Industrialization Project;
• Collaborating with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA;
• Ensure compliance with our Product Development Process requirements.

Your Background

• University Degree in Engineering/Technical/Industrial MGMT discipline;
• Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
