We’re searching for a talented Electrical Lab Engineer to join our team at our Livorno plant and to play a pivotal role in our HVAC/HVDC laboratory.

Reporting to the Quality Manager of the plant, you will:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of our state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring the highest quality in product testing and analysis.
• Create, implement, and monitor laboratory procedures to ensure all electrical tests and analyses meet established scientific standards.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and engineering teams to understand their testing needs and develop comprehensive plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, equipment, and systems to enhance laboratory performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Process departments to identify and prevent test failures.
• Maintain rigorous standards for accuracy and safety in all laboratory procedures.
• Organize and conduct FATs with customers for HVAC and HVDC applications, both in-person and virtually.
• Lead safety initiatives for all laboratory activities.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Energetic Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Up to 2/3 years experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
