About the role

As a Senior Process/System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge high-pressure alkaline electrolysis products by defining technical requirements, ensuring system integration, and validating solutions for NPI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Outline the technical scope, define requirements, and deliverables for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Develop the Product Design Specification (PDS) and scale-up a new product for the chemical process.
• Define and execute testing and verification for new product development, process design and simulation of hydrogen plants.
• Oversee the integration of technical systems within assigned NPI projects, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Provide regular updates on the overall technical solution and approve the results of test, verification, and validation activities at the system level.

What we’re looking for

• Master's degree in Science.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system engineering, integration, processes, and specifications.
• Successful system integration experience in sectors such as chemistry or Oil & Gas
• Expertise in Excel, IBM DOORS, and IBM Rhapsody.
• Proficiency in English, French is a plus.
