We are looking for a System Team Leader for the Radar department at our R&D center in Prague. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of system engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hierarchically manage his group of engineers in a given Engineering discipline. Especially ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise;
• Responsible to deploy and implements the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods & tools in his team;
• Participate to the improvement of the standards, process, methods & tools in his Engineering discipline;
• Check/audit the implementation of the standards.

Qualification:

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of radars;
• Experience with software tools for system design and simulation;
• Experience with testing tools and methods;
• Excellent communication skills in English language;
• Good teamwork and problem solving skills.
