WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning;
• Management of the development of printed circuit boards for electronic assemblies in the vehicle sector with deadline and budget control at team level;
• Management of subcontractors in the awarding of development activities;
• Designing and evaluating the development of printed circuit boards in the bidding phase;
• Selection and application of tools within the scope of development projects;
• Continuous optimization of the development process based on current standards, such as V-model XT, IEC61508, ISO26262;
• Tracking new technology and development trends;
• Planning and monitoring internal development activities;
• Reviewing and approving specifications, hardware circuit designs and drawing set documents for series production.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable;
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development;
• Detailed knowledge in the field of analog and digital circuit development;
• Experience in the field of hardware-related software development;
• Experience in the use of commercially available development tools for circuit design;
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes in electronics production;
• Extensive experience in the area of requirements management;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Communication skills;
• Willingness to travel.
