Procter & Gamble’s Urlati Plant is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering expertise and contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes.

As a Process Engineer, you will:

  • Optimize Processes: Analyze, investigate, and implement improvements to our manufacturing and assembly processes;
  • Drive Cost Efficiency: Find opportunities to reduce costs and resource consumption while maintaining production volume;
  • Design and Implement: Design, develop, and operate integrated production systems to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement lean manufacturing practices to boost productivity and quality;
  • Ensure Product Quality: Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety;
  • Optimize Equipment Performance: Set parameters and collaborate with manufacturers to fine-tune machinery and installations.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a person who:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering;
  • Previous work experience within process engineering role, maximum 5 - 7 years;
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken);
  • Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role;
  • Demonstrated leadership and prioritization skills;
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization;
  • A highly motivated self-starter and finisher who can work under pressure but who will not compromise on quality;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills;
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
