Your Mission

As a Hydraulic Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of hydraulic systems and power shift modules.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Decomposing technical product-level requirements into subsystem-level requirements, specifications, and architecture.
• Conducting system-level V-cycle testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure reliability, safety, and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.
• Performing system analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate system performance.
• Leading system issue investigations (8D/QRQC) during development, serial life, and aftersales & service.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in an automotive engineering environment.
• A strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with a link to software and control strategies.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
