What will your main scope be?
- Develop, standardize, and optimize assembly processes for aircraft structures and systems.
- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient assembly operations.
- Create and update process documentation, assembly instructions, and technical guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to increase productivity, quality, safety and reduce waste.
- Support introduction of new tools, jigs, and assembly technologies.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and internal quality requirements.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Understanding of assembly processes, tools, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (e.g., EASA, FAA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
