What You Will Do

As part of the wider business unit, you will work within our ATMS team, you will execute and support a range of technically challenging programmes by establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers. Your success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the team, you will identify and secure new opportunities, work collaboratively with the wider company whilst and create an inclusive environment for your team to grow.

As part of the day-to-day activities the role requires delivery of programmes, ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables. Your Skills:

• Degree qualified in a technical or project management related discipline, or with equivalent non-academic experience. A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experienced senior project manager/aspiring programme manager who has capability to get the best from their team. As well as the ability to create and identify new opportunities for business.
• An Inspiring team player who leads by example and has a successful track record in delivering complex programmes to different customers.
• An ability to work self-sufficiently to deliver on agreed goals and can anticipate problems, identify innovative and logical solutions, and then to confidently enact them.
