Your mission

• Lead and prioritize tasks for the Electronics Team to drive fast-paced project execution;
• Foster team efficiency through skill development and flexible resource management;
• Design and implement scalable electronics architecture that evolves with project needs;
• Set up efficient processes and tools for rapid development, including CAD & PLM systems;
• Manage resources to meet project timelines and adapt to changing demands;
• Mentor the team to encourage innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely, quality outcomes;
• Ensure compliance and lead requirements analysis and concept design.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering;
• At least 10 years of experience in electrical hardware development (aerospace preferred);
• Expertise in troubleshooting, design optimizations, and hands-on testing;
• Familiarity with PCB standards (IPC) and regulatory standards (DO-254, DO-160);
• Experience with environmental testing and hardware responsibility;
• Experience in PCBA design, integration, verification, and validation.
