YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality process.
• Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes.
• Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions.
• Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.
• Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Engineering Master’s degree (preferable Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering).
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in roles such as Quality Supervisor, Process Quality Engineer in a Manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
• Communication and Leadership.
