What we expect

Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements.

  • Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions;
  • Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts;
  • Elaborating sales planning for key accounts;
  • Pursue quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors;
  • Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis;
  • Reporting over data on sales, projects won/lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews;
  • Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues;
  • Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them;
  • Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors;
  • Explore new opportunities across the region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries;
  • Make sure all invoices for direct customers are respecting our Terms and Conditions;
  • Comply with local office policies.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Engineer and post degree desirable in Business Administration or Marketing;
  • Experience with semiconductors in eletronic industry, and more specifically on opto semiconductors - minimum 5 years;
  • Proven Sales skills;
  • Proven Management skills - minimum 5 years on Management position and preferably on working with Distribution;
  • Microsoft Office/SAP/CRM/Sales Force;
  • Fluent English.
