Regional Sales Manager

What we expect
Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements.
- Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions;
- Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts;
- Elaborating sales planning for key accounts;
- Pursue quality and customer satisfaction;
- Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors;
- Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis;
- Reporting over data on sales, projects won/lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews;
- Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues;
- Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them;
- Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors;
- Explore new opportunities across the region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries;
- Make sure all invoices for direct customers are respecting our Terms and Conditions;
- Comply with local office policies.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Engineer and post degree desirable in Business Administration or Marketing;
- Experience with semiconductors in eletronic industry, and more specifically on opto semiconductors - minimum 5 years;
- Proven Sales skills;
- Proven Management skills - minimum 5 years on Management position and preferably on working with Distribution;
- Microsoft Office/SAP/CRM/Sales Force;
- Fluent English.
