WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Responsible for the implementation and realization of the functional safety in the projects Creation of functional and technical safety concepts (FSC and TSC);
• Creation and implementation of subsystem analyses (e.g. FMEA, FMEDA, FMECA) Responsibility for risk management (safety management) in ongoing and upcoming projects;
• Presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders;
• Maintenance, development and communication of processes and methods for system safety.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or comparable;
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position;
• Experience with functional and technical safety concept;
• Experience with IEC 61508/15026262 is required;
• Knowledge of the defense industry is desirable;
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
