Your tasks
- Create technical specifications, define the concept, and set down the flowchart.
- Work with the supplier to align technical and project details.
- Assist other engineers with equipment definition for the same project.
- Keep the project timing.
- Production manufacturing support.
- Ensure keeping 5s standards.
- Optimize production processes.
- Reduce cycle time.
- Problem Solving.
- Downtime analysis and improvement actions.
- Work with the equipment and ensure it is well-maintained.
- Follow safety rules while working with equipment, operate and repair if needed.
- Ask for spare part quotations.
- Support work instruction creation.
- Perform training for operators/technicians.
- Define actions for troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and repair.
- Follow the escalation matrix.
- Follow Safety rules.
- Follow Internal Standards.
- Follow technical cleanness rules.
- Mentoring, supporting, and advising junior engineers.
Your profile
- Customer Orientation.
- QMS/BPM Knowledge, Quality Orientation, Quality Tools, and Quality in Launch.
- Technical realization of production equipment.
- Process Capability and Process documentation.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Product and Prototype build knowledge.
- Networking & Collaboration.
- Bachelor degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field.
- Controlling Knowledge.
- At least 2 years working experience in process field of automotive manufacturing area.
- Good communication on English speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Know office software very well.
- Familiar with PEVP.
- Experience with Automotive process standards.
- Self driven & Strong ownership.
