YOUR TASKS:

• Responsibility for the structural design of existing and newly developed rotor blade connections including bolts.
• Creation of mechanical models of blade connections, related components.
• Stress analysis of rotor blade connections using numerical methods (e.g. FEM).
• Development and specification of rotor blade connections and component tests of the same.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Mechanical Engineer (M.Sc.) or similar (Civil, Aerospace, Materials, Computational, Industrial).
• Proficient knowledge and some work experience in structural mechanics, composite materials incl. manufacturing, mechanical testing, Finite Element Analysis.
• English fluently, German and Spanish are a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years in blades or similar composite application.
• Availability to travel.
