How you will CELLebrate

• Development, definition and implementation of ESS quality management from a product quality perspective
• Support in setting up and certifying the ESS quality management system
• Planning, preparation and participation in ISO 9001 certification audits
• Participation in the evaluation of ESS suppliers
• Definition and implementation of compliance regulations
• Creation and review of business processes from a product QM perspective

What you need for our CELLebration

• Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials science, chemistry or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience (>5 years) in product quality management
• Sound knowledge of the normative principles of the battery industry (ideally certification as an auditor or management representative)
• Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storage systems
• Well organised and structured way of working
• Above-average ability to work in a team
• Business fluent in English
• Confident demeanour, assertiveness and initiative
• Willingness to travel

What else can you bring

• Auditor or management representative according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Experience with supplier evaluations
• Sound knowledge in the field of structured failure analysis (Six Sigma, Shainin, etc.)
• Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storage systems
• Experience with Signavio and common DMS systems
