Responsible for product definition, requirements identification, architectural choices, related to optical sensors in consumer applications;
Drive the implementation of Proof of Concept (POC) and customer demos. Hands-on support of hardware and software development. Study of mechanical solutions and system integration of demo material;
Feasibility study of new products in innovative optical sensing application spaces;
Define and deliver comprehensive competitive analysis with electrical measurements and physical teardowns;
Coordinate and interface with other cross-functional teams, i.e. IC-architects, IC design, packaging, applications engineering, test development, project management, field applications, etc. to develop complex, integrated system level solutions;
Technical Interface to customers on system level and device level.

University degree in Electronics, Physics or comparable, ideally with experience in the semiconductor industry, with focus on optical sensors applications;
Technical problem solving and analytics skills at Integrated Circuit (IC) system board level, spanning across software and hardware;
Familiarity with software programming, e.g. Python, C++, Matlab;
Strong analytical and technical background on mixed-signal solutions, understanding of circuits and systems;
Familiarity with standard and optical lab equipment, validation and test methodology, data analysis;
Experience in light sensing, camera imaging, Time-Of-Flight (TOF) sensors and complex system platform development for consumer applications;
Outstanding leadership, customer oriented personality, presentation skills and excellent written/verbal communication;
Proficient in English.
