The jobholder (m/f) is accountable for the delivery of training courses to our customers in order to enable a high level of aircraft operations and in-service performance. As the successful jobholder (m/f) you will integrate the Structure Training Plateau team (STTM) and report to the Head of Maintenance & Structure training (STTM) belonging to Training and Flight Operations Services (ST). This position requires business trips, as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
The jobholder missions will be to:
- Train Airbus' customers in all the theoretical and practical aspects of the structure repair activities;
- To ensure that the customers' maintenance personnel are aware of all the safety precautions and best practices linked to A/C structure maintenance & repair;
- To ensure safe and trainee observation of all safety and security issues related to training visits and activities external to the training centre;
- To ensure that the information provided to the trainees is correct and that it corresponds with the aircraft definition and operational documentation instructions;
- To liaise with SE to keep technical knowledge updated;
- To carry out duties as required by the Head of Maintenance & Structure training;
- Define course content specifications and training objectives in accordance with the Structure Training Learning Path and Structure Training standards;
- Report any (potential) safety issue or (potential) safety event that is detected in the frame of the day to day activity.
