Reporting to the Exec Director for PMO, this role is responsibile for the delivery of all vehicle programmes associated with their vehicle line. This role provides direct management of the programme management team associated with those programmes and leads the wider x-functional team to ensure the delivery framework is in place and all targets are balanced across different functions to deliver the vehicles. This role is responsible for cost, quality and timing for each vehicle line and will report to the Executive team project status and Gateway deliverables.

Deliver the required business case for all programmes on the architecture, balancing all areas of cost and revenue, cascading clear targets and leading review forums to ensure these targets are delivered.
Ensure the Vehicle Programme Plan is in place adhering to the company Product Delivery process and business requirements with deliverables and timing clearly cascaded to all x-functional team members, departmental activity plans reviewed to ensure compatibility and mitigation actions put in place where any issues are identified. Develop, balance, approve and cascade the high level vehicle targets to the x-functional team and lead review forums to ensure these are delivered, putting in place mitigation actions where any issues are identified. Lead the change management activity within the vehicle programmes to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion to encourage right first time principles and ultimately deliver the product quality requirements.
Ensure that the Lotus Product Development System is adhered to and all milestones are executed effectively and in line with the expected activities and deliverables.
Ensure that the Executive Board is regularly updated with programme status information through the primary governance meetings and status reports. Prepare and propose the status of the business Gateways to the forum.
Interface with other Group business units and external companies as required to deliver the vehicle line objectives. Provide mentoring and development support to direct reports
