Description of the mission
Within the Corporate Manufacturing/Vehicle Process Engineering organization, you will manage the Stellantis Corporate Function for Electricity/Electronic Process Engineering. Your mission will be to provide the processes and devices related to vehicle electronic configuration, software flashing and testing operations and vehicle data traceability. You will have to lead the alignment of existing methodologies within Stellantis organization and prepare the plants to welcome new technologies from software-factory, electrified and autonomous vehicles.

Key decisions
- Define technical solutions within General Assembly Process Engineering scope for all Vehicle Projects in European Plants;
- Manage Capex, define lowest cost solutions with focus on re-use of equipment;
- Decide and establish technical solution for innovations introduction (ADAS, Software, Electricity & Electronic architecture…);
- Teams' management: subcontractor policy, skills development.
Main deliverables
- Manage Advanced Projects and innovation studies: ‘Design to Manufacturing' requirements, co-design with Product Engineering;
- Project execution (more than 40 projects & 26 plants): ensure the deliverables (Electricity & Electronic devices readiness and testing/flashing operations), with high contribution to final quality and Capex performance;
- Contribute to expertise network: best practices, lessons learned, technical & economical synergies, suppliers' panel, standards;
- Ensure workload/workforce consistency.
Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering;
- 10/15 years of experience;
- Strong leadership, with an ability to manage global teams;
- Strong skills in Digital, Software management, Electricity & Electronic technologies;
- Optional but interesting: industrial project experience.
