You will influence activities in the heart of a growing business within Airbus Customer Services!

Context and main role:

You will have with us the opportunity to express your technical design and communication skills to plan and develop the tools our customers need and guide them towards the right set-up and know-how of the tools to operate and maintain their fleet.

You will be responsible for design, development and support of Maintenance related GSE and tools for the Airbus aircraft programs.

Your recommendations shall help Customers to prepare aircraft Entry Into Service and their maintenance activities with the provisioning of dedicated tools adapted to their fleets and growth strategy.

You will be accountable for overall project follow-up of all equipments developed s across EU entities (including vendor tools) for a certain aircraft program. You will ensure tool development in line with requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide GSE & tools recommendation to Customers;
  • Manage answers to GSE and tools queries from Airbus customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Link between Customers and Tool design offices for Development of GSE services: Deliver the best customized solution for Customer needs!
  • Support the sales of GSEs and tools to the market and provide technical assistance as well as after sales support;
  • Seek for our customers' feedback and disseminate them internally with the goal to adapt our offers to their expectations;
  • Continuously promote initiatives on processes, IT tools and ways of working allowing to improve business efficiency and value for the Customers.
  • Ensure GSE development on time, on cost and quality.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Master Degree in Engineering (or equivalent);
  • 5 years' experience in a domain with similar responsibilities;
  • Ability to use and design with CATIA V5;
  • Knowledge in electrical devices or tools;
  • Interest in new technologies;
  • Customer minded;
  • Ability to synthesize;
  • Proactive;
  • Autonomous;
  • Experience in Project management;
  • Knowledge of Lean, Aircraft Maintenance and Design to manufacture;
  • Knowledge of Skywise;
  • Language Skills: negotiation level of English.

Vous aurez avec nous l'opportunité d'exprimer vos compétences en conception technique et en communication pour planifier et développer les outils dont nos clients ont besoin et les guider vers la bonne configuration et le savoir-faire des outils pour exploiter et entretenir leur flotte.

Vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement et du support des GSE et des outils liés à la maintenance pour les programmes d'avions Airbus.

Vos recommandations aideront les Clients à préparer l'entrée en service des avions et leurs activités de maintenance avec la mise à disposition d'outils dédiés adaptés à leurs flottes et à leur stratégie de croissance.

Vous serez responsable du suivi global du projet de tous les équipements développés dans les entités de l'UE (y compris les outils des fournisseurs) pour un certain programme d'avion. Vous assurerez le développement d'outils en adéquation avec les exigences et les processus.

Responsabilités:

  • Préparer et fournir des recommandations Ground Support Equipment et outils aux clients;
  • Gérer les réponses aux requêtes et outils des clients Airbus et des parties prenantes internes;
  • Lien entre les Clients et les bureaux d'études Outillage pour le Développement des services : Délivrer la meilleure solution sur-mesure pour les besoins Clients!
  • Soutenir les ventes et d'outils sur le marché et fournir une assistance technique ainsi qu'un support après-vente;
  • Recueillir les retours de nos clients et les diffuser en interne dans le but d'adapter nos offres à leurs attentes;
  • Promouvoir en permanence des initiatives sur les processus, les outils informatiques et les méthodes de travail permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité et la valeur de l'entreprise pour les clients;
  • Assurer le développement de Ground Support Equipment dans les délais, les coûts et la qualité.
