A vacancy for an Information System Solution Architect for the Engineering Function (d/f/m) within the Information Management Function of Airbus Defence and Space has arisen in Manching or Taufkirchen, Germany. The successful applicant will join the department "Digital Continuity & Business Relationship Management" for the Engineering Function.
Our department enables our Engineering Function community with information system solutions by capturing business requirements that are transferred into non-standard demand improvements or information management projects, by performing business proof-of-values on our sandbox ecosystem Arcadia and by defining solution architectures for the engineering domain. Within TZIEA, we host six roles:
Your main activities will be to engineer technical requirements, to define the logical architecture, and to justify the design of the technical solutions for the information systems that enables the Engineering Function to perform their work scope. You are responsible to collaborate with Product Owners as well as with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure (classic and cloud based), and Technology Experts in order to define a modern value-add engineering information system solution architecture.
