You will have an important role in the company to organize and control satellites and their subsystems production processes and procedures. You will be the key person ensuring that the components or systems are made to the right specifications and are ready on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with our project managers, project engineers and R&D teams.

AS HEAD OF PRODUCTION YOU WILL:

  • Be responsible for following and continuously improving satellite and subsystem assembly processes and procedures;
  • Lead assembly of multiple projects: mostly satellites and subsystems;
  • Keep track of assembly team resources, ensuring their proper allocation for each project;
  • Track production timelines and scope to ensure delivery as per the contract.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

  • At least 3 years’ of experience working as Production Manager in electronics or technology industry;
  • Have bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Physics, or related field;
  • Teamwork and people-oriented work approach;
  • Very good English language knowledge (oral and written).

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Space industry experience or degree is an advantage but not a requirement.
