Job Description Summary:

As part of the Technical Advisory Department, the candidate will be part of Spanish Engineering team with the scope to provide services worldwide. The position will be based in Madrid (Spain), although availability for travelling is a must.

Job Description:

Responsibility/Duties

  • Perform Advisory Activities such as Detailed Engineering review for Project under construction (including grid studies such as short-circuit /protection coordination/energy quality studies);
  • Knowledge on RMS and EMT Power Grid Simulations, and Power Grid Protection Coordination Basic Calculation with ETAP (earthing study) In parallel to the tasks above;
  • Support in defining technical specifications for an EPC contract (PV plant and step-up substation), and review of technical annexes;
  • perform PVsyst simulations; and
  • Improvement of internal procedures and calculation tools.

Key requirements

Below you can find the main competences that will help you in doing this job: ​

  • Experience in solar and/or wind projects (4-6 years);
  • Capacity to work in an international team;
  • Spanish and English (TOEIC 800+, C1 level or similar);
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Driving license.
