Technical review of the customers’ tender documentation, ensuring technical risk management, and of the SCADA work’s contractors proposals on project specific basis;
Wind Power Plants related SCADA and Cyber Security requirements scouting & interpretations and creative communication with relevant customers and System Operators primarily in France;
Input of SCADA & Cyber Security market requirements to R&D Dept. for SCADA product roadmap, ensuring future compliance and engagement of SCADA & Cyber Security offerings, and training of Technical Sales/Sales/Customer on new product developments;
Technical support to Technical Sales Team during contract negotiation and bid definition in relation to SCADA and Cyber Security issues; and participation in team selling with Technical Sales Team and building value in each personalized project and different customer profiles, assisting Technical Sales Team to design, customize and order the right SCADA system in order to comply with the applicable standards and customer technical specifications and configuration and technical contractual specification of SCADA system during bid stage;
Coordinate business case optimization and value engineering initiatives for SCADA & Cyber Security offerings;
Ensuring efficient and effective handover to SCADA Operation and cooperating during the execution of each sold SCADA project;
Technical meetings with customers, contractors, grid operators & utilities.
M.Sc./B.Sc. in Communication/Electronic/Automation Engineering or in related engineering topics with a relevant work experience in wind or power generation industry;
French & English are mandatory, both written and spoken;
Knowledge about industrial automation and networks, PLC hardware, SCADA systems and communication interfaces, knowledge about ICT & Cyber Security requirements and Networking in Wind Power Plants is more;
You have Solid technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and creative solution finding and high degree of motivation to satisfy customer needs with a high personal attitude, structured and service minded work style, result oriented, able to work both with no supervision with little supervision and with an international team;
You have the ability to summarize technical topics for non-technical stakeholders, to hear and quickly remember technical information from a very broad range of topics, good communication and presentation skills, certainty talking with and presenting to external stakeholders (customers, grid operators, conferences);
Good travel disposition in support of customer needs and overall business goals, both within France and abroad (Europe).
