Development Engineer - Project Manager is responsible for technological support for production departments, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production process, as well as ongoing development and optimization of processes.
Supervising, optimizing and ongoing development of the production processes in terms of time, cost, quality and efficiency of production pursuant to the Lean Manufacturing philosophy and tools;
Developing knowledge, skills and awareness of production and assembly employees, supervising, together with employees, the implemented methods of production and introducing corrective actions;
Preparation and implementation of new launches and construction changes while ensuring high quality of products and the lowest possible production costs, with deadlines expected by the client, as well as content-related support for the tendering process;
Coordinating and supervising the production area and ongoing monitoring of the production processes in the scope of maintaining proper order and workplace organization, i.a.: ensuring accessibility of instruments, tools, assembly manuals, test manuals, etc.;
Supervising, creating and updating documentation, technical drawings and production process changes resulting from the updates. Creating a database of knowledge and completing product data (Product File);
Pursuing transfer and industrialization projects;
Ensuring technological and substantive support in the scope of product construction for production areas and other company departments;
Cooperation with the Quality Department in the scope of specifying quality requirements, quality acceptance and any other additional arrangements;
Supporting the client in terms of complaints, implementation of corrective and prevention actions;
Systematic and timely preparation of BSC indicators and other, as ordered by the superior;
Solving production problems, implementing corrective and developing actions.
Education in engineering – mechanical or similar;
At least 3 years of experience on a similar position in an international production company;
Skill of understanding and preparing technological documentation;
Knowledge of tools and issues related to Lean Manufacturing;
English: good level (speaking and writing);
Independence, creativity and efficiency in actions, result-oriented approach, analytical thinking and ability to work under the pressure of time;
Practical experience in the field of project management.
