Your future job

As an Applications Engineer in the Pressure Sensor Product Line, you will provide technical support for Melexis IC projects and Sales of Business Unit Sense & Light, by realizing pressure sensor solutions with existing & new customers. More specifically, you will:

  • Cooperate closely with the Melexis application engineering teams in Switzerland, Ukraine and Belgium, by making complete application solutions for our customers;
  • Collaborate on reference designs and demonstrators to support sales to customers;
  • Write technical application notes, in cooperation with the product line manager;
  • Solve customer problems during validation until the IC is in production;
  • Support engineers at our customers, to design in Melexis Pressure Sensor IC’s until production: understand customer application requirements for IC hardware; solve customer problems during validation until the IC is in production; solve customer quality problems during IC production.

Your profile

  • Master of Science in Electronics Engineering;
  • Experience or specialization in some of the following area is a plus: IC design, silicon process, packaging, MEMS and custom assembly techniques;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Willing to travel to customers worldwide up to 30%.
