Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Member of Launcher IPT based in Europe engaged in launcher development;
  • Technical Subject Matter Expert for launchers, prime technical interface with the country Supplier, HSW;
  • Engineering lead for supplier development and execution of launcher production including MDP, tools and test fixture;
  • development, special process audit support, and transition to production;
  • Engineering support to offset projects for Launchers;
  • Liaison to the CONUS Launcher team to ensure product configuration alignment;
  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance;
  • This position is located in Poland on a two (2) year MOU.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in production and engineering support environment and/or progressive leadership experience;
  • Currently hold or able to obtain a security clearance.

  • collaboration and mentoring skills;
  • Masters of Science in an Engineering discipline;
  • Security clearance;
  • Working knowledge or experience with Patriot Systems;
  • Working knowledge of PTC CREO CAD system or equivalent and PTC PDM or equivalent Product Data Management system;
  • Demonstrated excellence in past work performance;
  • Ability to lead a cross functional team, with representatives from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality, IPT Leadership, Program Management teams;
  • Ability to collaborate with external suppliers;
  • Advocate for process improvement, team builder and able to build strong relationships and effectively partner with internal resources;
  • Experience with current manufacturing systems and processes;
  • Experience with detailed program and production planning;
  • Experience with large welded assemblies;
  • Experience with product (road) testing, plan and procedure development, and execution;
  • Experience in the production of complex systems;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements;
  • Experience managing through organizational change and rapid growth;
  • Demonstrated technical, communication, and leadership skills.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics or equivalent discipline.
