Engineer for Manufacturing Engineering Team

Our Test Engineering department is looking for an engineer to work within the area of designing processes to achieve zero defects. Your main tasks will be to secure timely execution of tasks according to customer contracts, coordination and engineering of manufacturing activities and management of manufacturing methods, equipment, documentation and systems.
You will be based in our Technology Center in Lunderskov, where our test team is located and a significant part of our testing is performed.
Cross functional project teams
Do you want to work in cross-functional project teams working closely together with colleagues from across the globe? As an engineer in our manufacturing engineering department, you will work closely together with both external and internal labs, and own project owners, both within Materials and Process and Global Sourcing. More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate all manufacturing and testing activities, except blade testing;
- Develop, mature and implement state of the art and robust manufacturing methods;
- Work with material testing – planning of execution of manufacturing and testing;
- Material testing of new materials;
- You will ensure compliance with ISO17025 and a large scale of other standards.
Mechanical Engineer background with Hands-on Composites Manufacturing Experience
You have an engineering degree on bachelor level or higher within the mechanical or polymer area, and you have some years of experience with manufacturing of composites products. You know how to identify and analyze problems in a structured way to find practical solutions to ongoing manufacturing issues with an aim to achieve zero defects. Preferably, you have worked with Six sigma, and a green belt certification would be a plus. You have experience in developing and implementing PFMEAs, control plans and control methods in a manufacturing set up.
As a person, you are dynamic person who is good at executing and getting buy-in from other people. You can work in a structured way, and are able to complete tasks independently. English is our corporate language, and we expect that you have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
